“Stanley Roofing was a happy accident. Our insurance adjuster brought them out and we met Jesse and Christina. We were initially only going to make a claim for our roof but after Jesse’s initial evaluation, we found we had damage much more extensively, specifically on our gutters, siding, roof and window casings. Through Christina’s patience and dedication, they got all of our damage covered by insurance and more. It was a really great experience. Once they were done, there were a few issues with finish work and when we reached out, they sent out someone to repair it the next day. Jeremy is very responsive and helpful. Christina gave us weekly updates on the process and overall so happy we found them! We would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for exterior work!“
“Called Dan about some water spots on ceiling. Dan picked up on the first call and came out shortly after to check out the issue. Found most likely source and offered to take care of it on the spot! He also addressed a minor issue with my downspout while he was up there. I called him a few years ago for another issue and he remembered me like it was yesterday! We went from cedar shake to asphalt and Jorge not only answered all my questions regarding the details of the job, but even checked both attic spaces before and after the roof install to ensure everything would be ventilated properly in the attic. He responds quickly to any questions, helped us prolong our gutter life until we can tackle that project later, and sent pictures to show every angle of the work done. Pretty cool to see my new roof from a drone angle above! He was onsite for a portion of both days to make sure everything was on track. He was super helpful in guiding us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance, ensuring everything from start to finish went smoothly. Everything wrapped up faster than expected, resulting in a new roof, gutters, and skylights.The team that Lukas brought in was fantastic. “Bill Anderson at Fresh Page is a diligent, exceeds expectations contractor! From the first time he introduced himself thru our whole project, even after we had signed off but had some "straggler" issues, he was with us every step of they way. Fresh Page is Roofing, Siding and Gutters, but Bill also helped us thru some AC, chimney & window issues due to hail damage. All of our claims did get approved because of Bill's hard work using verbiage & great photos! He did not use it on our house, but Bill has since gotten a drone which can greatly increase reporting damage. Our insurance company even chose to have their own person come out to inspect an issue and their report concurred with Bill's results. As all of us work daily it is sometimes not easy to call people during the day, Bill was always cordial even when we called in the evening. If we did have to leave a message, it was returned in a timely manner. The owner Patrick & Bill's co-worker Amanda were able to come out on project days if Bill was unavailable.
