We went from cedar shake to asphalt and Jorge not only answered all my questions regarding the details of the job, but even checked both attic spaces before and after the roof install to ensure everything would be ventilated properly in the attic. He responds quickly to any questions, helped us prolong our gutter life until we can tackle that project later, and sent pictures to show every angle of the work done. Pretty cool to see my new roof from a drone angle above! He was onsite for a portion of both days to make sure everything was on track. During his inspection, he alerted us to a large amount of wind and hail damage across our entire roof. He was super helpful in guiding us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance, ensuring everything from start to finish went smoothly. Everything wrapped up faster than expected, resulting in a new roof, gutters, and skylights.The team that Lukas brought in was fantastic. They were respectful, kept to their schedule, did top-notch work, and thoroughly cleaned up when it was all done. My husband used to do roofing when he was younger so he knew a lot and even he was WAY IMPRESSED with the quality, workmanship and attention to detail..... The Sales Rep (John) whom I dealt with all the time was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and efficient. He always returned emails, texts, phone calls in a timely manner. “Bill Anderson at Fresh Page is a diligent, exceeds expectations contractor! From the first time he introduced himself thru our whole project, even after we had signed off but had some "straggler" issues, he was with us every step of they way. Fresh Page is Roofing, Siding and Gutters, but Bill also helped us thru some AC, chimney & window issues due to hail damage. All of our claims did get approved because of Bill's hard work using verbiage & great photos! He did not use it on our house, but Bill has since gotten a drone which can greatly increase reporting damage. Our insurance company even chose to have their own person come out to inspect an issue and their report concurred with Bill's results. As all of us work daily it is sometimes not easy to call people during the day, Bill was always cordial even when we called in the evening. If we did have to leave a message, it was returned in a timely manner. The owner Patrick & Bill's co-worker Amanda were able to come out on project days if Bill was unavailable. “I was referred by a close friend to use this company to build our dream home. I could not ask for a better experience. The owner of the company came out to the project site and walked us thru the roofing process and answered all of our questions. When it came time to install the roof they were there on time and completed the project in a timely manner. Once the project was completed the owner walked us thru the install and even discussed how the gutters should be installed properly for our type of roof. “I call this morning regarding a roofing issue for The Open Arm Foundation. Although they are not expected to come out until Friday, the level of relief that I felt after the conversation with Aaron. Having an issue with your roof is stressful enough but when your business has roof leakage issues (at a location where all you want to do is serve and be of service to those in need and unable to do so) is not only stressful but the level of anxiety is on an all time high. All you want to to hear is that the project will be done completed and done right.Aaron was patience and compassionate as I shared my concerns. I will highly recommend NIR...
