The village inspector commented on how well the roofing materials were installed, also they did an excellent job cleaning up. “Bob with contemporary exteriors was fantastic to work! We had to pay for our roof out of pocket so we had to carefully interview until we found an affordable option we felt we could trust. We interviewed seven companies. We chose Bob because he felt very trustworthy and honest and he was on the more affordable end. He and his team got the roof done in one day! I think it might have taken less than 8 hours. We have a big house too! He brought his own trailer as opposed to renting a dumpster to rid of the old roof. Things like that are how I believe he's able to keep the cost a bit lower. His team was very professional. The roof looks fantastic and they did a wonderful job cleaning up! You would have never known they were here minus the amazing new roof. I could not be more happy!”

The estimate felt fair and the guy explaining it didn’t try to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need, which I appreciated. Install day the crew basically just powered through it. I think the thing I notice most now is how much better the house looks from the street. The old roof was pretty rough and this one just makes everything look sharper, final bill was exactly what they quoted too.”

“Worked mainly with the owner's son on getting our roof done. He was very friendly and responsive to communication. Same goes for the office staff. They were a pleasure to deal with and helpful navigating things with insurance and mortgage companies. They accommodated my specific requests for the gutters even though they had to specially make some pieces for us. Only thing negative I can say is the length of time it took to complete the work, but that was due to the break on exterior work over the winter months.”
