I've rented carpet cleaning machines through a hardware store I worked for and lived next to a guy who owned his own carpet cleaning company. I know quality when I see it. This is a small company that cares, not a franchise surviving on up sales. The knowledge of carpet is not going to be found on some crew sent out to clean and get out. I learned alot about the various carpets in my home. They even told me an area rug we have wasn't worth having cleaned. Who does that?
