“Shafer installed a wood fireplace insert at our cabin. Great group of guys had to deal with getting this very heavy item down stone steps etc. It was a daunting prospect but they figured it out with a cheerful attitude. The chimney proved to be difficult to put a cap on. The first cap they used just didn’t look right. I went into the store and showed pics of it. The crew came back to the cabin and replaced the cap - everything looks fantastic now. Than you Shafer! We will be using you again when we build our house.“

Since I wasn’t present, Gage, the technician, kept open communication with me the entire time. He called on his way to the rental, communicated directly with the tenant, and after the inspection, walked me through the work he completed and his recommendations.
