Cannot thank Tony and the Monoghan Mechanical Team enough for their exemplary service. They installed a new HVAC system a few years ago for us and at the time went out of their way to make it happen seamlessly and done well.The furnace stopped working last night during a week of snow and single digit temps and today they managed to fit us in at the end of their incredibly busy day. Tony was quick to diagnose and able to fix the limit switch and filter and was so kind. Highly recommend this company if you’re in North Idaho and Eastern Washington.

We called Monaghan Mechanical because our AC was not cooling the home properly. Tony checked the unit and found it was freezing up from low refrigerant. It was discovered at that time that it used the old style refrigerant. We then had lots of questions and Tony answered all of them as we weighed our choices. Memories of our first home heater issues in the winter of 2015 came to mind. Monaghans did such a great job resolving those issues that we decided to have both the AC and Heater replaced in this home.Tony and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent install.
