The technician was great and very knowledgeable about the AC system and took the time to show me specifics about maintenance needs for our unit. He even added an additional electrical part at nominal costs to extend the life of the compressor! Oddly enough, while he was working we had an electrical fire start on our RV trailer which was located right behind him. He calmly showed me the fire and I was able to extinguish the fire before the whole trailer went up. Now that is going the extra mile!
Tim came out, diagnosed and explained the issue so we could easily understand what needed to be done. He was very professional and gave us all of the information we needed to make a good decision without pressuring us. Thank you for your help! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
I’ve always had good service and a reasonable cost. Today was no exception. Problem fixed and technician was very nice and cheerful.
