I had been going to Dani (owner) since before she opened this salon. Moved with her through 3 different salons. So when she called to cancel my appointment (the day of!) due to a recent surgery I was understanding. I tried to reschedule with her for 2 months, even said I would be with a different stylist if she was too busy. Well after 2.5 months of no return calls (I called 4 times to schedule), I have now gone to a different salon.
The most wonderful people and service. Belina is an absolute gem - so efficient and amazing at what she does! Heather and Rachelle at the front desk are always so friendly and kind!
I was looking for a massage therapist in Post Falls and came across Intuitive Hands Massage online. The ease of booking right from my phone was so convenient! I booked several appointments right away. I needed to correct an appointment, and called the office number. Tara, the owner, called me back, same day, and was able to fix my error right away.
She explained her therapeutic style of massage was more than relaxation (Swedish) massage, with a mix of deep tissue. This was exactly what I was looking for!
I suffered from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome during my pregnancies. Even after the birth of my 3rd child in 2023, the pain still persisted, especially when I slept. I was in so much pain, exhausted, felt helpless, and discouraged. I was convinced the pain would continue, not sure that massage would eliminate it entirely, but hoping to minimize it at least.
I started with 4 appointments with Tara. After the first 1.5 hour session, I felt a tremendous difference! I was able to sleep better, more restfully at night than I had in months!
It's been 7 months since I started massage with Tara. I've kept up a regular appointment schedule with her and my life reflects it!
I'm so thankful to have found a skilful massage therapist that truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. I've referred family and friends to her and they are so grateful for the difference they feel as well.

Overall, very good experience with this company. They completed a kitchen remodel for me. I see Dr.Coats for narcolepsy, and he is very caring, kind, and listens to my input. I came from a different sleep dr and the difference is night and day. I see a lot of reviews here that suggest the office is hard to get ahold of. It is true that I get the voicemail each time I call, however, I almost always get a call back within 24 hours. I appreciate the hard work of all the staff at this practice!

Toni is wonderful. Very experienced! She is the one to see when you've gotten a very bad style. Better yet, skip the heartache and see her first. She has the best advice and the skill to implement it.

Makayla B was an absolute gem! She was so personable, calm, and such a great communicator. She went the extra mile to make sure we both picked multiple pictures to ensure we were on the same page. Her color choice was spot on, and the highlights she did are natural and well placed just as I hoped. Overall, she did a really lovely job on my hair, and styled it perfectly after the cut.
I’d love to come back again soon and would recommend her for anybody! (Bonus points for giving my friend a cut while she kept me company as well! I know that can’t be an every day thing if it’s super busy, but you were so accommodating Makayla!!) We both felt beautiful after we left.

I called Curt about a backed up shower drain and he asked me a few questions and determined it was a frozen drain, not a clogged drain. He told me how to solve this issue and it worked great. In this day and age, people are not that helpful.. they just want to make money. His customer service was exceptional and he took the time to talk to me for 5 minutes without being paid. If I need a plummer to come to my house in the future, I'm definitely calling Curt.

Jennifer the estimator was great to work with in meeting with us and explaining the process of how they install the coating, the cost and time to install. Which was right on target when completed! The schedule she gave us is exactly how it happened. Rikki called us well in advance and gave us the schedule with the installers (Sam & Landon) that would be working on our project. Sam and Landon called on the morning of the install and said they would be there within 30 minutes and they were. They did a fantastic job on our front porch. There communications are very well informative and detailed. I was very comfortable with how they explained all the details and performed when they were installing the product. Very professional. They called with an estimated time, showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently, left the area clean and looking fantastic. My wife and I are very happy with the detailed and impressive experience from the beginning to the end of the project. Peter and his crew are GREAT to work with. As the second generation of this longstanding local business Peter is carrying on his father's long tradition of great landscaping and sprinkler work combined with great customer service. Peter showed up in person and provided a fair and accurate estimate and then he came back with his team and worked right along side them on work day. We needed a considerable sprinkler zone/head adjustment to our in-ground automated system and Peter knew just what to do to get us better coverage without a total refurb, which at least one other company told us we needed. I would not hesitate to call on Greenacres Landscaping again for any sprinkler system needs.

My Dentist is Kevin Hintz of Kevin Hintz Family Dentistry. He’s a family man. He’s very personable and a exemplary professional. For example: when they finished taking the 360°
X-rays of my teeth, he explained to me that he noticed something in my throat. That it is something that should have it checked out, I agreed and he and asked for my Doctors info. He said to me “it’s better to be safe, then be sorry”. And shared the X-rays with my Doctor. He didn’t have to share, or say anything, but I glad he did. He took the time, It didn’t me cost anything, but I’m on Ozempic, and we’re keeping an eye on it. So far, no problem.
Work on my teeth was faultless. He did 4 fillings in two appointments. He’s first job seem to be my comfort, and I agreed with his assessment, again. And for the most part, I had very little discomfort. Once he was done and the numbing faded, it was amazing. My my mouth didn’t feel a difference. I know that job was done you see where the fillings were done. It was just amazing.
So, with my insurance, I had x-rays, cleanings, and teeth fillings and that didn’t cost me anything. On top of that you're dealing with people who care about you who seem to be concerned with your health. Not just your teeth, but your overall health that's incredible.
I’m not saying everything is free, is not. Fortunately for me, that's how things worked out with the type of fillings done, I was scheduled get some work done but decided not to at this time. And that would've cost me money. I was not ready for it yet.
I have to tell you that the people that are older like me on a fixed income are fortunate to find, folks like Kevin Hintz of Kevin Hintz Family Dentistry and his Dental team— the people who care about you. I think they generally want you to be happy. I like being happy.

He and Jeanie, his attentive assistant, are the "A Team" for me. Today I had a replacement crown and cavity filled with affordable nitrous & had the most pleasant experience, pain-free, relaxed mixed with entertaining conversation. She explained her therapeutic style of massage was more than relaxation (Swedish) massage, with a mix of deep tissue. This was exactly what I was looking for!
I suffered from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome during my pregnancies. Even after the birth of my 3rd child in 2023, the pain still persisted, especially when I slept. I was in so much pain, exhausted, felt helpless, and discouraged. I was convinced the pain would continue, not sure that massage would eliminate it entirely, but hoping to minimize it at least.
I started with 4 appointments with Tara. After the first 1.5 hour session, I felt a tremendous difference! I was able to sleep better, more restfully at night than I had in months!

The massage machine got deep down in my back, and my body and mind were the most relaxed they have been in a while.
I booked a one hour massage for my shoulders primarily. I was asked about problem areas so the massage could be tailored to my needs. The therapist suggested since we had a whole hour I could do a whole body which I was happy I took her advice since she showed me a lot of my tension in places I didn't even realize. The experience was very calm and relaxing, but I did get aggressive therapy in places where it was needed when I asked for it. I left feeling very relaxed and with a lot of tension relieved. Will be returning - highly recommended.EDIT: I have returned twice and Diana always does a wonderful job. She definitely cares about client needs and comfort. I recently had a session where I gave nearly zero audible feedback because she does such a good job at finding and relaxing my tension points such that I didn't have to direct her.

I went in for a massage today with Jess, she was wonderful! She took time to talk with me about the issues I needed addressed, she made me feel safe, she checked up with me multiple times throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable and ok with the pressure she was using! All around a wonderful relaxing experience and I will be back! Thank you Jess!
