My Nails & Spa is a business located in the old Papa Murphy's of a strip mall next to Walmart. The owners, Kenny and Vivian, are experienced nail technicians with over 30 years of experience. Customers praise the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The spa is known for doing excellent nail work, and many clients leave satisfied. One customer mentioned how the staff made her grandmother’s 75th birthday special by doing a great job and even singing happy birthday. The salon is quick, affordable, and great for those with allergies to gel polish, as they use regular polish that lasts well. Although some customers have had mixed experiences with artistic designs and service, many recommend the place for simple nail work and quick service. Customers are encouraged to post photos of their favorite nail designs on their board, as they do not have other social media platforms.
I typically love this salon for a quick pedicure, however my recent experience wasn’t the best. The younger gentleman that did my pedicure stopped every 20-30 seconds to scroll on his phone, watch the sports game on TV, and didn’t say a word to me. Pedicure wasn’t the best either, gel is already coming off. :(
I have been here three times for pedicures and have received excellent service all three times. Kevin does the BEST job he is very detailed and my pedis last way longer than expected. 10/10!!!
I’m new to the area and called ahead for a full-set acrylic gel. The staff were very kind and outgoing. The salon was clean and upbeat. I’m very picky about my tech and their skills getting the powder close to my cuticles.. I like that she got close without damaging!! They took their time with me even though they were busy. I appreciate the detail and effort. I definitely will be back. No disappointment here.
