I've been using the Crosstown Pest services for approximately seven years now, and could not be happier! My carpenter ant situation was pretty horrific during that time! Ever since David Rheaume has been taking care of the pests on my property, there haven't been sightings of any undesirable pests! David always checks in when he finishes his work to keep me informed. David communicates well and understands his work. I so very much appreciate the services of Crosstown Pest, and would never call (or trust) anyone else!!

CROSSTOWN Pest Control is THE BEST! We've been with them since the very start and recommend them to everyone. Even though they've expanded their business they continue their outstanding personal customer service! David is one of our favorites. He's always on time, friendly and professional.
9/12/26 UPDATE
Apparently our cat has retired! He currently only likes to play with his mice, inside the house, instead of killing them. I contacted Crosstown. They were able to get me an appointment immediately. David arrived and explained this new addition to my current plan... Let the Crosstown magic begin
First let me say the customer service from the first phone call to the actual service is phenomenal, this type of service is a lost art. I would highly recommend. The pricing is great as well.
