My hair is so ridiculously pretty with gorgeous dimensions but it feels so healthy and smells so good. Not only is Bree just instantly relaxing to be around and such a likeable person, she also adds these little touches of comfort and just feel good additions while you're with her. I've never felt snuggly and cozy in a cape in a salon until I was in Brees chair and I nearly dozed off while she was washing my hair from the scalp massage and the warm eucalyptus wrap. It's time to treat yourself and go see Bree, you'll thank me and she will show you how beautiful you are!
Lauren was awesome! My appointment wasn't rushed, which I appreciated! She measured to make sure everything was centered and she also "penciled in" the eyebrows first to make sure I like the shape and placement. The price includes a touch-up in a few weeks. Overall a great experience!! I'm very happy and would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone looking to get their eyebrows done!

Outstanding work. Very professional, polite and they showed up early. They took down and removed a 70 foot Ponderosa pine in 6 hours! Including grinding the stump! They have great talent. The tree was up against a fence and within reach of two houses and a storage shed. Nothing was hit or damaged. Couldn’t recommend them more. Very competitive pricing too. If you need a tree removed, these are the guys.

Rachel does my nails (I prefer gels). She is meticulous and gentle, and my nails last a long time because of her skills. She is very accommodating with her scheduling and she is a hard working and skilled nail technician. I highly recommend booking with her if you can! I love the work she does on my nails.

I am an older lady who has red hair. I needed not only to have my hair color refreshed, changed, I also am going from a long hair and wanted bangs. Elle was wonderful. She walked me through everything, chose that perfect color for me. And made sure that I was happy with my bangs before I left. Not only the bangs, but she helped feather in the face frame. This is one of the only cuts that I've ever really been happy with when I walked out of the salon, but even more happy when I took a shower and had to do it myself and it looked great. She's fabulous! This is a beautiful salon. Very friendly people. I would recommend anyone except mean people. I came across this survey while I am trying to book an appointment with L. So have a wonderful night and I look forward to my appointment.
Went to Great Clips before and it was butchered... the zig zag looked like a rolling hill. Amber did a great job making him spiffy with a crisp zag for back-to-school! Won't go anywhere else!

I have been coming for a few years, after my previous person stopped doing pedicures. I love that Tracey uses a copper bowl for soaking, natural products, and focuses on reflexology. I have an autoimmune muscle disease and the reflexology really helps. I don’t ever want to go anywhere else.

First time here. And in 5 years I never knew about this place! It seems big. There were at least 10 pedicure chairs, all brand new looking. A little kids pedicure chair. And a handful of nail stations. There were a lot of staff.

I went in Friday after work and they were all busy but took me as a walk in, waited maybe 20 mins in a pedi chair before services. Also got a mani.
Wasn’t the best mani pedi I’ve had but the massage was pretty good!

Morgan is the BEST! The care that she gives you is absolutely unreal. From my brow and nose waxing to my custom facials and lash lift and tints, she excels in all of it! Takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and explains everything she does. I’ve never looked so good and most importantly felt so good! The environment is so warm, bright and fresh! I'm in town for the holidays and needed a quick shampoo/cut/blow dry style. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Ren'e Smith, a colorist and stylist. I was impressed with her skills and sense of style. She was efficient with my time, which I greatly appreciated. Her personality was warm and friendly. I'd recommend the salon and Ren'e to anyone!

I had a 90 minute massage with Kayla and it was incredible! She is highly experienced - and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now to see Caitlyn for my brow wax. She always does an amazing job and has gotten to know how I like my brows so all I have to do it show up and I know I’ll leave looking great. I recently got a spray tan from Sam and she is an ANGEL!! I have fair/ sensitive skin and can definitely look orange after a spray sometimes, but the solution she uses looked amazing on my fair skin. She did an amazing job. I will definitely be booking with her in the future!

What a great experience. The job was done professionally, the guys answered my nosy questions and explained what they were doing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
We had a sudden and serious backup in our basement shower. This isn't the first time it has happened but it was definitely the worst. Matt from Rooter Guys came out and gave us suggestions as to why this is happening. We made the decision, upon his recommendation, to replace our downstairs toilet with a toilet that has a pressure flush. He gave us suggestions on the type of toilet and what toilets have the best ratings. In the end we decided to replace all of the toilets in our house plus one sink. Matt and Josh came out to do the replacements for us. They worked so hard and were very conscientious about protecting their workspace and our property. We are so grateful for their knowledge and would not hesitate to use Rooter Guys again for any plumbing needs.
The plumber, Evan did a great job installing our new water filtering system. We were happy with the options and different set-ups he presents us and are happy with the finished product. He even came back to move over one of the water filters a little that was too close to the appliances.
I did have some issues with communication on receiving quotes and knowing what the plumber was going to do. I was trying to get our radiant floor water tank serviced by them (which Evan said he could do -then it turns out they can't service those). I had also tried to get our faucets installed, initially I called in to speak to the receptionist and she made it sound like that wouldn't be a problem and Evan could do that when he was there to install the water filter system. But when he was there to install the water filter system, he said he had no idea about the faucets. Finally after some emails we got a quote for the faucets (4 faucets) $1500, which seemed like a lot for just bathroom faucets, they don't even have separate Hot & Cold handles.
Overall we're happy with the work that was done. I just wished the communication had been better by the company. And I'm sure glad they did give us a quote before installing the faucets because I never would've guessed it would cost that much!

Wonderful team of gentleman showed up on time to place two overhead fans above beds. They used coverings so they wouldn't mess up the beds! We so appreciated the work they did for us. They were careful, kind, fast and efficient!

What a great experience! Last minute call to get some additional cleaning in our living room to try and relieve some stress from all of us working relentlessly for so long and then poor dogs are at home a lot and we don’t really make them stay off the furniture, some but not always, they need love too but the couch and living room carpet spotlessly cleaned in about an hour and it made such a wonderful difference to everyone else coming home at the end of the day just … right, and nice. Sigh of relief. Thank you! Local and veteran owned! We highly recommend and encourage for a small fee to call for some much needed assistance. Very happy customers here.

Creekside Construction built our custom home on a tough, steep lot with difficult plans. We could not recommend them more. Mike and his team were realistic and thorough every step of the way, and their subcontractors were all professional, fair, and friendly. Mike has high expectations of his subs and ensured that every aspect of our house was done to the highest quality.
When the drawings from our architect weren’t complete, Mike efficiently found solutions and worked tirelessly with engineers and contractors to figure them out. We had to pivot many times and appreciated their ability to help us come up with creative solutions to move forward.
One thing that puts Creekside above some other builders in the area is that they genuinely care about their clients and how the end result turns out. Budget was very stressful for us and Mike took it very seriously; it was always top of mind for him which we so appreciated.
There’s so much more I could say about Creekside about their honesty, integrity, and professionalism but I’ll leave it at that. They do few custom homes per year – consider yourself VERY lucky if you get to be one of them!
I had an excellent experience with Pine Hill Structures. Tim Mosgrove was low key, easy to work with, and helped me figure out how to customize my shed. He went the extra mile. The whole crew at Pine Hill Structures were friendly and solid people from Geneva at the front office, with her good communication, to Micah with his knowledge of building and delivery, to Leon who was able to wiggle my shed into exactly the right spot in my back yard. Envirocheck performed mold testing and remediation for a punctured waste drain line. I did experience some frustration in obtaining a bid and getting the work scheduled. I feel the majority of the actual remediation was done in a fast, friendly efficient manner, however I was unhappy with the work done in the crawl space area. After complaining and meeting with them they have agreed to rectify the problem and I have modified my rating to reflect this
Matt at Jimbo's installed gutters and downspouts on my recently built gable-style porch cover over my 12' x 22' patio cover in Post Falls. The material was two color and required special consideration to align with beams and curbing. Wonderful job. Quality communication, workmanship and materials. I highly recommend them.
I worked in the office for Whitewater Creek for over a year. They offered training and were patient with me while I learned the new industry. They truly care about the people that work for them and providing low income housing for the tenants. They put in long hours and quite often work weekends. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and would recommend Whitewater Creek to anyone as an employee or a landlord.

My experience with Hayden Family Dental as usual was pleasant and actually enjoyable. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I was there for my semiannual check up. Once again, there was no need for any additional work especially on the 3 remaining teeth that I still have from birth. I am just one happy octogenarian. We had been looking for a new dentist to switch over to and Dr. Gilmore was recommended to us by some good friends. My husband had a dental emergency along with facial swelling ( and on top of we are flying out to a vacation and cruise in Mexico), Kim at the front desk was extremely kind and offered to call Dr Gilmore and see if he could look at him since we had not heard back from our dentist. She called us back within minutes and got us in and my husband had a fractured root and his other tooth that just had a crown put on was abscessed and fractured as well. There is no way we would have been able to leave and go on vacation with him being in such pain and Ill from the infections . In this time he was able to competently remove the teeth, granulated tissue,drained the huge abscess in his upper tooth and place bone grafting for future implant on his teeth. I wish that I had remembered the dental assistant ( I’m guessing Sara? She has a beautiful nose piercing , glasses and such a kind and smart lady), she is amazing and an excellent addition to the office. I do appreciate the whole office that stayed late and took care of my husband. I have worked , in the past , at offices that begrudgingly give you after hours care and patients feel that vibe. With this office there was zero fussiness and they reassured us that they were happy to stay and help even though we kept them late. We highly recommend this office for yourself and family.
