Never disappointed bringing my kids here! I usually wait until I find a coupon and check in online beforehand so I don’t wait in the lobby. All of the ladies (and one guy)hair dressers we’ve encountered along the years coming have been pleasant to work with.
So Much better hair stylist than awhile back, I dont usually get the same person but I consistently get the cut that I ask for, with their app I always know my timelines and never wait longer than a minute or two, if at all, when the app tells me to head on in, the only complaint I would have, is what a stupid price for a haircut! And you dont even get it washed anymore! But I guess that's everywhere?
Had a lovely experience with Ashley J. at the Post Falls location. I am pretty picky about my hair and usually pay top dollar for haircuts. The last cut i got somewhere else was not great and was beyond expensive at an upscale salon. Figured I would chance Great Clips for the quick convenience if nothing else. Ashley did an AMAZING job! Listened to me, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Skilled and friendly. 5 star stylist for sure. I am not sure if you can "request" a specific stylist but if so I would absolutely go back to her.
