I have had several service visits from Mr. Rooter, and every one of the service members were professional, polite, and proficient. Some of these visits were emergencies late at night, and even then the service was prompt. You pay by the job and not by the hour, so they give you an estimate right up front. We just had a service from Bryan Jones who went out of his way to make sure the job got done right, even though it was late. For as long as I live in this area, I will be calling Mr. Rooter.
Mike Johnson was amazing. A power pole went down in our street causing some brush fires and he rushed up the hill with an extinguisher to put them out. The guy is fearless and gets it done!
