Grover's Pay & Pack Electric and Plumbing is a popular choice for both contractors and DIY enthusiasts. The business prides itself on providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. Customers appreciate the staff's willingness to help, even with small purchases like light bulbs. Recently, a younger employee was noted for his professional appearance and attitude, showcasing the good old-fashioned customer service that many find refreshing.
The store is known for its wide selection of products and its organized layout. While some customers may need to seek assistance from a salesperson, they generally find the parts they need. Grover's has been recognized for its competitive prices, often better than big box stores, and for having items in stock, such as a water heater and an igniter sensor rod piece for furnaces. Grover's is committed to helping customers solve their problems, even encouraging them to try troubleshooting solutions before purchasing new products. This small-town service attitude makes Grover's a favorite among locals.
Great store. My old AC, new AC, and my parents AC capasotors over the past 10 years have blown out and I've brought it here each time. I've replaced 3 capacitors for less than just the diagnostics of one repairman just to diagnose the problem. The staff has always guided me to the exact item I needed. I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes every time. Thank you Danielle this time for your help. My AC is working great now!
First time I went here for a couple of fittings for my sprinkler system. Elizabeth and Patrick were so helpful and very knowledgeable. Checking out was a breeze too with Jen’s positive up beat attitude. I tend to go to the big box store since it’s closer to my house but after today’s visit I’ll be sure to start coming here for most of k hardware needs. Finding the service I received today is near impossible in those other store. Keep up the amazing work!!!
Always has what is needed to get our jobs done correctly, employees are always friendly, willing to help & I personally believe very knowledgeable about the products in there store!
