Aidan was absolutely terrific. He came out and did the main service and then came back to hook up our heat pump. The heat pump had not been working for 20 years. Two other individuals stated that it would be a major job and I'd be better off not doing hooking it up. Aiden looked at it, evaluated the heat pump and had it working within two hours. A very smart and energetic young man.

Jenny is great and listens to all of my requests. She is a dream salon for everyone, and I can attest she is wonderful for Seniors. My husband loves her haircuts and the best pedicures he ever had. She is in the process of remodeling her shop and it will be even more inviting than the cute shop she has now. I just love her sweetness and professionalism.

Manufactured home, very limited on crawlspace height ?. A tree to contend with, prior heating company's less than stellar work, all taken in stride and just dealt with in a highly professional and calm manner. With me watching, learning and peppering them both with questions ? All of which was taken in stride.
Part way through, another tech called to ask if they would like some help? (You could tell that was a common work ethic kind of thing. IE highly supportive of each other) He also came on board for a while. Plus the electrician who ran a new electrical line, and Ryan (install manager) who entered the picture for an overview, and answer any questions not already answered. There were none.
All told, I had 5 men working on, in and around my home. Never felt invaded, always respected and accommodated. ?
When everything was done? My home was left exactly as before, clean - no mess, with Carter and Adam cleaning up as they went, and making sure I was happy. I most definitely was and am!
So very glad I found Andys. From initial conversations and then visit with Kevin (sales) to discuss options. It has been nothing but an uncomplicated and professional journey, brought about by some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

I contacted them after my 2 year old son was taken across the country unannounced by his father. Confidential Investigations was able to locate my ex and serve custodial paperwork necessary to ensure the return of my son. They provided me with all of the details needed and helped me collaborate with law enforcement. After my ex was served, he fled again, over 1600 miles to a remote town again nowhere near home. Confidential Investigations was able to provide me his location, and assist in real time to meet my ex with police at an opportunistic time to also ensure the safety of my son during recovering custody of him. I am confident that I would not have my son back if I did not have the services of Confidential Investigations. UPDATE - 10/2022 - Confidential Investigations has remained an active part of my case regarding the parental abduction of my son. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism combined with integrity, discretion, and follow through on supporting my family through a slow, difficult, but necessary legal process to ensure my son's continued safety and best interest. Not only were they an asset in locating my son, but many months later, remain an asset in the process of maintaining his safety.
Update - 2026 - I expect that after 4 long years the evidence Confidential investigations provided me with will prove that my sons father is consistently perjuring himself in court proceedings, and a permanent protection will be put in place for my son.

Dr. B is professional, accurate at targeting the area of concern and very gentle. I have frequently utilized his services when my back or ribs have caused me pain usually do to playing too hard. He addresses the issue area and the root cause. I experience immediate relief and usually within 24-48 complete recovery of the aliment. Would recommend for alternative to traditional chiropractic adjustment.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Scooter and his guys at Interstate Electrical! We had just moved into a warehouse. I needed plug outlets installed for our two business trucks that have a lithium battery system. However, when we plugged in the truck, it kept blowing the breaker. Scooter worked with my truck support guys who installed the electrical system on our trucks, but it was not an issue they had encountered before. They would correspond back and forth trying to figure out what was going on. Scooter never gave up, and it was figured out. His years of experience is evident as he is a master at what he does! Because of his expertise, my truck guys trusted him to work through the problem on the lithium battery setup, which they are very careful about who works on the system. He does things right, and he is fair in pricing. When he sends his employees, they are professional, courteous, get the job done, and clean up the area. Titus was very knowledgeable himself, and I appreciated that he would communicate with Scooter as he worked through the troubleshooting.

A tenant needed a service call for a furnace issue, and ACI answered right away and was able to get it scheduled quickly. Since I wasn’t present, Gage, the technician, kept open communication with me the entire time. He called on his way to the rental, communicated directly with the tenant, and after the inspection, walked me through the work he completed and his recommendations. He then emailed me the invoice along with photos showing the completed work.

I would 100% go to Ronin to get a Gel-X set! She spent a good 5 hours on my twilight themed nails, the amount of detail that she put in them is amazing! I was charged 95 but i definitely tipped her a lot of money! Not only is she super funny but she is incredibly sweet. Made me feel welcome and she didn’t wanna do my nails for the money. She genuinely sat there with me and planned the set out, had reference pictures up. She even watch twilight the night before to get the vibe i wanted from the nails. She is an amazing nail artist the salon is lucky to have someone like her! ?
