“They were almost an hour behind my appt time. Otherwise, they took care of me pretty quickly once I saw the provider. She listened to what I had to say and listened to my treatment preference (that was with her approval as an option, obviously). I have used this place a couple times and would use them again in the future.“

“I met with Dr. Tamra Richardson this morning and she was by far the best doctor I’ve ever visited. Although it was my first visit, she made me feel incredibly seen and heard, she is engaging, actively listening and explains everything thoroughly as if you have been her patient for years! “Overall, our visit here wasn’t bad. We were seen in about an hour, and once we were brought back, we went straight to a room. There was one nurse and one receptionist working, and after about 15–20 minutes the PA came in. They were friendly, professional, and clear in explaining that we needed to go to the emergency room because this facility didn’t have the equipment needed for our situation.

The staff was kind and the building was clean, so no complaints there. I just wish the facility had more of the proper equipment on-site so patients wouldn’t have to be redirected elsewhere after waiting.“
