We have used Doctors Now many times Virtually over the past several years and always been pleased with their conscientious, friendly medical care , as well as, efficient caring culture of the front desk.Recently, we needed to visit “in person”. Although we did have to wait a while after our appt time, we didn’t mind! Because when we were seen, we were not rushed! We were treated so kindly & they gave us whatever time WE needed! The nurse & nurse practitioner were both very thorough! Talked through test & treatment options. We have been to Doctors Now several times and have always had a great experience. I appreciate being able to check in online and not wait at the clinic. My 6yo recently fell and broke their elbow. DoctorsNow did the initial X-ray and also called and got us same day appt with Iowa Ortho.They are our go-to for emergencies and illness appts.

The best experience I have ever had at a walk-in clinic. I was diagnosed and had medicine within 25 minutes of walking through the door. Much better than a lot of "walk-in" clinics I have been to (that usually make me make an appointment). As a busy college student I really appreciated how smooth this was!
