It was quick. I didn't have to wait. Like I did at the hospital. Methodist West Emergency is horrible. You would think a hospital would get exrays read right away and be able to set you up for surgery right away not make you 6 hours just for them to put a simple splint on a broken finger..
After being released recently from the hospital, this was a very pleasant experience and successfully treated me for a breathing problem that all of the doctors in the hospital didn’t do.
Front desk was very polite and proficient. Nurse who took me back took my vitals and information as to why I was there with concern. The dr, Nikki, came in and asked pertinent questions and sent in 2 scripts to my pharmacy.
However after I left I remembered that I had a bad reaction to an antibiotic once and went back to find out what she had prescribed and ordered. It was an antibiotic I wasn’t sure about so shared with the nurse what I’d used in the past. Most recent last winter.
