It was a very good experience. Wait was not that long but waiting is always to be expected in an urgent care. Friendly Staff,Nurses and Doctor was absolutely phenomenal.! All calmed my anxiety and it was a good visit. Highly recommend!

Everyone I interacted with today was very kind and compassionate. I wish I had grabbed the nurses name, she was so careful with some of the testing I needed and gave me a heads up of what to expect prior. The doctor, I believe his name was William (?) was also very kind and very personable.

I have PTSD from a previous hospitalization in a different state and hadn’t been to a doctor in years because of it. Even going here, I was terrified and didn’t feel ready. However, both the doctor and nurse were so patient with me and so kind to me throughout the whole process. It went much smoother than expected because of their understanding of my situation. They both said they were happy I came multiple times, and I felt like they genuinely meant it and really cared about my health - mental and physical. I would love to thank them for such a positive experience my first time going back to the doctor. Would highly recommend this place
