Absolutely the best healthcare I have came across not only in Des Moines but in the USA. They care about satisfying all my needs, they pay attention to details, they answer all my questions in detail, and they leave no stone unturned accommodating me 24 hours a day. I haven't been feeling well and looked up places on Google to go to urgent care. Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care popped up as an option. In my experience with walk-in clinics, the wait is excruciatingly long. On their site, you can choose an appointment time and fill out the necessary information they need.I arrived around the time of my appointment (6:45 am on a Saturday). Parking was easy to find, checked in quickly, and headed to the waiting room. The waiting room is a bit small, but I saw the doctor relatively quick. Everybody was very friendly and kind. Great healthcare facility. I especially like their urgent care facility so I didn’t have to have an appointment. The staff is friendly and listens to their patients and I didn’t feel rushed.
