“Joe did a wonderful job with replacing our gutters and downspouts so they were the right size for the angle of our roof, to help keep the water from overflowing during heavy rains and put the covers so we don't have to clean gutters anymore. He was quick with getting us a quote and on the schedule. Joe finished up the remaining spouts and gutters on a Saturday morning because a potential storm with 2 inches was coming on Sunday. We really appreciate the quality of work, timeliness, ease to work with and they cleaned everything up from the old gutters/spouts, nails and any debris. “Steve provided outstanding customer service. We thought we had a huge issue with our roof when it started leaking because of the recent snowfalls, but when he showed up, he assessed the situation and told us it was as simple as removing the snow from that one spot on our roof. He got his ladder out and climbed up to help remove the snow - in the middle of a snowstorm! Oh, and he didn’t charge us a thing!! He took some photos just in case and sent us a quote for our roof later on, and told us we needed only some flashing done (unfortunately, they do not offer that service but Steve suggested we reach out to a masonry). We will be telling everyone about Titan and we will definitely use them when it comes time to replace our roof! Titan Roofing also hires and helps Veterans, another great reason to use them for any of your roofing needs!!“

“We suspected our roof sustained hail damage following a storm in 2022. Within 2 days of placing a call to Shamrock, Tom showed up to inspect our roof and confirmed we did have damage. Unfortunately our Insurance Adjuster didn't agree with Shamrock's findings and our claim was denied. Determined to prove our claim was valid Tom and the Shamrock Team guided us through the Insurance appeal process even putting us in touch with an Appraiser who fought to get our claim approved. I am happy to say after 16 months of fighting we now have an awesome new roof! Tom and Shamrock went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you.“

I have 12 rental properties in the Des Moines area and hiring the correct roofing company has always been a huge burden on my time. Reese was extremely patient with my questions, communication and scheduling during the entire process from initial estimate to completion of the project.In my specific case the work was able to be completed in one day and the end results surpassed my expectations by a mile.
