This company is so great. They go above and beyond. They put a new roof on my house 3 years ago and when I called them and said I had water dripping they came out right away and thoroughly investigated where the water was coming from and it was a plumbing issue that had nothing to do with the roof and they were so great. They brought my garbage cans up from the street and even moved a heavy treadmill for me. They are amazing.
I highly recommend Superstorm. I had a leak in my roof after an early morning rain and within 2 hours they were at my home, found the problem and had it repaired while it was raining. I will use them again if I have any other roofing issues. They were great to work with and showed pictures of the problem and every stage of repair. Very please with their responsiveness and work.
I showed up at Superstorm’s office searching for another roofing company that used to be in their office, and was pleasantly greeted by Chandler. Instead of turning me away, he asked about my housing issue and had so much knowledge to share about my situation. He came to my house the very next morning, went up into both attics, took pictures, videos and then explained in detail all that was happening without charging a fee. Although he couldn’t fix everything, he recommended someone that could and offered to help in any way possible. Being new to the area, it was comforting to have a company that truly seems to care and wants to help. I plan to use them in the future.
