Austin, the estimator, was great to work with. He was polite, knowledgeable, and didn't attempt to upset or pressure me.
The installation and repair crews both did a great job. They installed my new gutters much faster than I thought, and I was thoroughly impressed.
Communication with Anne at the main office, however, was highly problematic, and I was thoroughly unimpressed. When I first sent in a request for a repair quote, I had to reach out 4 times over several weeks to get something started. When things were wrapped up and I asked for invoice and payment information, she seemed to be unaware of what was being financed vs what I was paying immediately, she didn't appear to read my emails and just sent me incorrect payment links. Every time I interacted with her it would take 3 or more conversations before she would get things right. Very frustrating.
Overall, I'd rate a 2.5 for communication, and 4.5 for the actual work.”
