Steve provided outstanding customer service. We thought we had a huge issue with our roof when it started leaking because of the recent snowfalls, but when he showed up, he assessed the situation and told us it was as simple as removing the snow from that one spot on our roof. He got his ladder out and climbed up to help remove the snow - in the middle of a snowstorm! Oh, and he didn’t charge us a thing!! Hard working crews. Quick response back. Happy they have solar panels as well. Really helps us out of a bind when our original solar company went under. Sales representative was on site, helping out!! The sales representative. That is impressive. For roofing, exterior, AND solar; this is my go to company. Veteran owned and it shows. The quality is evident when you look at a job completed by Titan Roofing. There were 3 separate roofs on my property and they have never looked so good. They removes some old antennae masts and I had deleted a chimney from one of the roofs and they filled in the hole I left. When I got home the crew was finished and the clean up was incredible, there were no signs they were even there.
