Lily spoke about stress management and yoga.I started individual weekly yoga classes in April 2014. Lily taught me the correct way to move into yoga poses, hold it, and gradually go deeper into the pose, so not to hurt myself. My flexibility, strength and balance have improved greatly over the last 8 years. Yoga also helped improve my bone density.“

A couple sessions with Ryan I am able to move my arms again and have range of motion. Super knowledgeable and felt like he cared.
