I have had shoulder problems for years and have spent thousands on PT and Dr visits with no relief. A couple sessions with Ryan I am able to move my arms again and have range of motion. Super knowledgeable and felt like he cared. His goal wasn't to schedule more sessions but to graduate to no needing sessions.

Ryan at superhuman lab is a fantastic massage therapist. Ryan specifically worked on an elbow injury for me , and he was even willing to go way above and beyond for me and make a custom drive to my studio in order to do so.

I have been working with Matt the last 6 weeks in preparation for regionals and don't know if my body could have made it through the training without these sessions! My shoulders and entire body feel so great despite the intense training because of going to Superhuman Lab! So intelligent about the human body and definitely recommend them to anybody!
