    I joined the Adamantine Yoga Community two years ago. I gained a daily, transformative, daily yoga practice. It has helped me quiet my mind, become stronger, more flexible, and focused.James is a master at individualizing my practice so that it is differentiated to my body’s specific needs.     Never did I ever imagine I would be working on doing a handstand. Adamantine Yoga’s technique is designed to do a few things: accept what your body can achieve now; realize where that is is not the limit of what’s possible; simple & repeatable structure to keep you consistently practicing so your body can find its way to progress.I want to take care of myself. And…I hate to sweat, I’m not athletic, and flexibility is not my super power. Despite all that, I’ve been doing Adamantine Yoga remotely and regularly since 2020.I’m definitely stronger.
