“Overall, our visit here wasn’t bad. We were seen in about an hour, and once we were brought back, we went straight to a room. There was one nurse and one receptionist working, and after about 15–20 minutes the PA came in. They were friendly, professional, and clear in explaining that we needed to go to the emergency room because this facility didn’t have the equipment needed for our situation.
The staff was kind and the building was clean, so no complaints there. I just wish the facility had more of the proper equipment on-site so patients wouldn’t have to be redirected elsewhere after waiting.”
