Called Pipe Masters to install a kitchen faucet and diagnose a leak under our sink. Arvin was very helpful in setting up the appointment, even if I was being a little difficult. He was upfront about costs and availability. Jacob, the technician, was professional and installed the faucet without a hitch. He also gave me some tips on my dishwasher. The pricing was reasonable, and I was happy with the service.

Another great experience with this company, from start to finish! I already knew, based on my prior experience with Pipe Masters, that they were a good company with great employees. From my initial call to Arvin to the work done by Izaiah and Tyler, this company seems to make it a point to communicate every step of the way.For this project, they came to fix the P-Trap in my boiler room that had over 40 years of silt, scale, and lime build up that would slow my water flow to a drip. I now have a new, free flowing and quick drain line thanks to their attentive work. If I ever have drain-related work, this will be the company I call...! Mahalo, Drain Masters!
