Upon arriving, I was greeted with hesitation and was told that if I wanted to reschedule I need to pay a fee. Considering it’s my second day on the island, I didn’t judge traffic correctly and ended up being two minutes late. I think that there should be a little bit more room to provide customer service, especially if you’re in resort environment.
