“I'm so happy I found Joe again and here at Carmen's Barber & Hairstyling. Joe just knows how to cut my hair right and the way I like. I have tried other stylists here and there closer to home for convenience purposes (spur of the moment) but it was always slightly different then how I wanted a long layers cut.Ive been going to see Joe over the last decade when he was at his previous Mapunapuna location before they shut down. I haven't gotten my hair cut for the last few years. So I didn't get to find out where Joe would go before his old shop closed and was sad.
