In town for a wedding and needed a clean up on some facial hair. Usually I’m skeptical on everyone who isn’t my normal barber but Jaden did a great job at making me feel comfortable. Though I didn’t get a full cut, Jaden was efficient and I can tell he’s taken his time learning his craft. I now know where to go when I’m on the island and in need of a fresh cut. For anyone hesitant, look no further guys, come here.

Never got my cut here because I was late to my appointment and missed the grace period by 2 min. Upon arriving, I was greeted with hesitation and was told that if I wanted to reschedule I need to pay a fee. Considering it’s my second day on the island, I didn’t judge traffic correctly and ended up being two minutes late. I think that there should be a little bit more room to provide customer service, especially if you’re in resort environment.

As you can see, I decided to leave a five star review because my goal is not to destroy businesses to make them learn that they could be better if they just started thinking a little bit more humanly

Penthouse is such a beautiful and aesthetic salon, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Jaden is an incredibly talented young hair artist — my son was absolutely overjoyed with how his hair turned out and always leaves beaming with confidence after a cut with Jaden. The salon is clean, welcoming, and stylish, and everyone there is so kind and professional. The customer service is truly outstanding. We will never go anywhere else and highly recommend Jaden and the team at Penthouse!
