“Frank responded quickly to a call for help. After a leaking pipe left several areas of my laundry room and basement wet and damaged, Frank delivered several fans and inspected for mold. His infrared photos showed where the water was inside the walls. After 3 days, photos of the same spots showed that the area had been completely dried. I would not recommend getting a leak and needing remediation, but if you do - call Frank at Water Out!“

Our insurance company wanted to only replace a section of the roof, but we had a full replacement option with our coverage. Colby and ET Restorations helped by getting me connected with a 3rd party independent inspector who fought for us. Ultimately, we got our roof replaced and ET Restorations completed the job quickly and efficiently. Fast forward to this past week. I found a water leak in the attic.
