TruRenu is truly remarkable. At a high tension time when we came home from vacation to a house flooded due to a broken toilet hose, they arrived in almost no time after we contacted them after hours. Quickly accessing the situation, they worked nonstop to prevent any additional damage and get our home ready for the restoration process. Sean worked along side our insurance adjuster to make sure all damage the team identified was included in the claim. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering every question we had and explaining each step of the process. If you find yourself in a tough spot with an issue in your home, I highly recommend TruRenu services.
Tru Renu is an amazing company. I contacted them after a main water line break left my property and home with flood damage. Gary responded the same day and assessed my damage. His team immediately took action and removed wet materials and set up heaters and dehumidifiers inside and out to dry everything out and prevent mold. His team is professional, courteous and hard workers. They got everything done quickly so the restoration could begin. Thank you Tru Renu for taking great care of my home. I highly recommend their business.
Sean and his team were fantastic after I had fire damage at my home. Incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole process, very thorough and great attention to detail. I thought my hardwood floor was ruined but they brought it back to almost better than what it was before.
This unfortunate event could have been much worse if it wasn’t for Sean. Thank you folks!
