Frank responded quickly to a call for help. After a leaking pipe left several areas of my laundry room and basement wet and damaged, Frank delivered several fans and inspected for mold. His infrared photos showed where the water was inside the walls. After 3 days, photos of the same spots showed that the area had been completely dried. I would not recommend getting a leak and needing remediation, but if you do - call Frank at Water Out!

TL/DR: Honest professional who does great work!We were referred to Frank at Water Out after a pipe burst causing a sizeable area of flooding in the basement. This was right at the height of the extreme temperature drop at the end of December that caused a number of frozen pipes in the area. So, Frank was booked solid from all the other people who needed him too, but was incredibly communicative and responsive to my questions. He started the process at our house as soon as he had a free spot and took care of everything even when I was out of town.
