They made the process smooth with daily cleanup and clear updates, which residents appreciated. Ameristar’s commitment to standing behind their work shows their dedication, making them a dependable partner in roofing projects.
When David first came to inspect the roof I was initially skeptical that the insurance would want anything to do with fixing it but miraculously him and Ameristar were able to work with my insurance to set up a claim and get my roof replaced. It was a nightmare working with insurance though especially when my own mortgage company got involved concerning any of the money that would be going towards the roof would have to go to them first but David has been nothing but a saint towards me and my family giving me the advice and help that I needed to navigate this corporate nightmare. Great experience with Ameristar! The team was professional, easy to work with, and did a quality job. Everything went smoothly, and they made the whole process simple. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to others.
AMAZING service and the team (especially David and James!) were so respectful and responsive about getting my claim filed through insurance! Roof has been perfect since they installed it and I definitely know who i’ll be working with next time i need help with my roof!
