“Ameristar installed a new roof in 2019 for our condominium property. I was not on the Board at the time but started to get complaints of owners having leaks. Upon investigation, we were dismayed to see the drains not working properly. After many discussions, Ameristar agreed to replace all 10 drains at no charge under the warranty. As a new Board member, I learned that we were responsible for properly maintaining the roof which may have fallen through the cracks from our previous management company. “I had a new roof installed approximately 4 years ago. Colby helped us deal with our insurance company on completing the job. Our insurance company wanted to only replace a section of the roof, but we had a full replacement option with our coverage. Colby and ET Restorations helped by getting me connected with a 3rd party independent inspector who fought for us. Ultimately, we got our roof replaced and ET Restorations completed the job quickly and efficiently. Fast forward to this past week. I found a water leak in the attic. After walking around the exterior of the home, I found three shingles had broke off in the recent storm. I called ET Restorations and they set up an appointment for the following day. Colby and Jon came out and took a look at the roof. They were able to get to work, and quickly replaced the small sections that had broken off. What a great company! Highly recommend.“
