I threw out my lower back deadlifting and was expecting to be dealing with it for another 2–3 months. I was genuinely concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get back to lifting anytime soon. I went to see Dr. Karpis, and after just one session, I felt 100% better. The difference was incredible and worth every penny.

My massage therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. They paid close attention to my problem areas, identified all my built‑up muscle tension and painful knots. The pressure was perfectly adjusted throughout the whole session — not too hard and not too light. By the end of the treatment, my stiff shoulders and back felt so much looser. I left feeling deeply relaxed, way better than I expected.
I also want to give special credit to the front‑desk manager. You can tell great management makes a huge difference here. The whole operation is very well‑organized. My appointment started exactly on schedule, communication was clear, and the staff team works seamlessly together. Everything ran smoothly from check‑in all the way to check‑out. There was no rushing, and I felt well‑taken care of the entire time.

It started off with my sister-in-law, who has to be extra careful with who she goes to for her back, as her spine has been through multiple surgeries. Then, my husband pulled out his back during a workout so he started going. And then, because I have neck pain mostly due to poor posture (and a former car accident), I started going too! I love the holistic approach to spine care, and the staff are all so friendly and amazing! Dr. Hinkle does a great job with my husband and I. I’ve been to different chiropractors in the past where you’re in and out in 5 minutes, but here, every appointment is at least one hour with all of the therapies you do in addition to the adjustment and decompression. My neck pain has gone from a 7.5 to a 2 in just a few months!“
