It starts with the phone call. I called to book an appointment from an ad I saw on Facebook. Whomever i spoke to, sold me on the call, or i would have canceled. Professionalism started with the booking phone call. I thought it was a bit far, but I went. According to my symptoms, I was directed to the correct person. Josh.
