I had my first Ashiatsu massage with Jzarvonni and it was wonderful. Not only was my massage relaxing but I learned from her how to sleep and sit differently at work to support my body from holding the stress she saw in my muscles. I look forward to going back for another massage.
It's rare for a massage therapist to be highly trained in multiple modalities, and have intuitive capacity to use the right one to address the problem. Lauren put me into a relaxed dream state at the moment when I thought it was impossible, when I was suffering from an acute hip injury that left me unable to walk. After Lauren's magic work, I could walk without pain and after a follow up appointment the following week, was able to hit the gym hard. I will definitely be coming back every month to see her and make sure my body stays healthy.
I came into town for market, and on the way down I had Injured my neck that I believed, was pushing on a nerve causing pain down my arm. I couldn’t turn my head and was extremely uncomfortable. So thankfully, I googled massage therapist near me and Atlanta muscle melt popped up. It was super easy I went to their website and scheduled and was so thankful that Lauren could get me in today. All I can say is it was the absolute best massage I ever had and I can now move my neck and have very little pain in my arm still.
