My review for acupuncture: I had a bad injury that meant I couldn't sleep for 2 weeks. No matter what position I was in. Feet on the wall. Knees on floor, torso on ottaman. Pillows under me. Face down, nothing would relieve my pain. It was terrible. I tried massage therapy and every exercise/stretch I could find. I thought it was my back, it turned out to be my hamstring. After spending $1k on massage to get temporary relief I had 1 session with Joseph and I was able to return to normal life. Absolute legend. He was very thorough and analytical. Excellent bedside mannor. Great guy. Can't recommend him enough. Booked i think 2 more after that to make sure it stayed away.
Joseph is wonderful! He is incredibly careful, precise, and genuinely caring in his approach to acupuncture. He takes the time to understand exactly where the pain is coming from and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. I’m seeing him for sports-related injuries, and I have high hopes that with his expertise and care, I’ll be able to heal and get back to feeling my best. Highly recommend!

I just had THE BEST massage with Ayano Tlumac. She soothed all my athletic aches and sent healing waves from multiple angles. The pressure was a perfect “medium” for me & she covered so much ground in just 60 minutes. I highly recommend her services!
I previously came to Art of Healing for dry needling to help heal an athletic injury. It was a pleasure to enjoy a 5 star massage this time around :-)
