She confirmed that my SpaFinder gift card could be applied to my selected service and scheduled my 90-minute premium therapeutic massage with a female therapist for the next day. I received the confirmation and the consent form/client questionnaire electronically within minutes. Completion and submission of the forms were online. I received directions to the spa directly to my phone. The facility was clean and comfortable. My massage therapist Kazzy was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs.
