I've been attending Total Wellness Solutions for their Gut Health and Neck Decompression services (incl. But not limited to red light therapy). My experience has been incredibly positive. The staff's approach is communal, enlightening, and heartwarming, making every visit feel like a step forward on my health path. I had been experiencing chronic lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain radiating down my right leg for about three years. My wife found Total Wellness Solutions on the internet and after reading some reviews she suggested, I give them a shot. After all I had nothing to lose, because I had tried steroid Injections, Platelet-Rich Plasma injection, and even almost scheduled a surgical procedure and nothing worked for my lower back pain or sciatica. Went for an adjustment on my birthday. Absolutely Amazing. The experience was euphoric like sipping two glasses of wine.It really does bring balance. The discomfort I was feeling in my left arm is gone!Dr Melissa and the staff there are Exceptionally cool. If you need an adjustment I would highly suggest you book an appointment. Total wellness solutions IS the Solution.
