I have completed 28 of my 30 appointments with Bench Mark in Rome. First off I would like to say Bench Mark wouldn’t be what it is without Rebecca and Dallyn. You walk in and Rebecca greets you like you’re a friend and appreciated. She has helped me with my Doctor and My VA issues and never failed to call and update me. I appreciate her and her dedication to us patients. Dallyn is the top of the chart for a PT I seen major improvement in my TKR with his dedication to my healing process. I feel like we all have become a team for my healing and well being. It is the people at a business or any place that make it and these are two super stars. I am so glad I got to complete my PT with such competent PT.
Dr Johnson and her entire team were so incredible! Everyone in this office was compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful. Meleah was especially caring and made my appointment so much easier and less stressful.

The Dance Centre is THE BEST dance studio in Rome...hands down! My daughter has taken there for several years and absolutely loves it! They offer a wide variety of dance classes. Ms. Mary Beth and the other teachers put so much time and effort into helping their students grow as dancers. I am always so impressed at each recital. The creativity, dedication, and passion for dance shines!

Every sew in literally lasted and made my hair grow.and when I wanted to go back short I was definitely in love with my cut ! When getting quick weaves she even cared about protecting my hair and the only person whose quick weave did not make my hair fallout 10/10 I recommend ???

This is my first time going to Donna. She is an excellent barber. I was a walk in and I was out in less than 30 minutes. She is a great story teller and just to talk with while you are getting your hair cut, shaping up your beard, shaving the back of your neck. I highly recommend her and she is very reasonable. I cannot wait to go back.

I want to make it known that sara and justin are absolutely amazing!! I always go for a spray tan and Justin was very prompt and kind in answering my questions about a new shade. I started to get overheated and shaky from heat outside today and Sara and Justin offered me their OWN water bottle and showed great concern. Sara even said she always keeps spare water just in case. I felt very cared for as a customer and these two employees are absolutely amazing at their job. Thank you!!

McKenzie does a fantastic job... She can do most anything you ask for and makes sure you are happy. There is not a nail place in town like her and she books far in advance. Don't expect to get an appt next day or same week. Plan accordingly because she is worth it.

They showed up on time, quickly figured out the issue, and got it fixed without any hassle. They were both friendly and professional, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Mr Tanner answered my distress call at 8:40 in the evening. We were really under the gun ……..having bought an induction range from Lowe’s that we were unable to unlock…..which means controls would not turn on. There is a strict 48 hour return policy, so it’s crucial to check out all functions quickly. Even though they were booked up, Mr Tanner understood the pressure we were under, so he sent Joe over….. we got it unlocked, and it’s currently working. Joe also found a circuit breaker that was not working, so he replaced that. Mr. Tanner will get all of our work. Thank you Mr Tanner and Joe.

Quality Lawn lived up to their name. They did an excellent job preparing the yard and installing 26,000 sq ft of Zeon Zoysia. They also installed metal edgings, river rock, two walking paths and crusher run. Very pleased with their work. Very easy to work with too.
Googe Tree Service was prompt, efficient, and straightforward throughout the estimating, scheduling, and removal process. They safely and quickly removed two trees—including a nearly 100-year-old oak—without disrupting our routine. The crew was professional, attentive, and especially mindful of neighborhood children to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend GTS and will gladly use them again if needed.

Dr. Coffman Was the best , I went for the first time in December looking for the perfect vet for my cat named Cinderella looking to spray her as soon as possible due to her being in heat . They got her spayed at the perfect time .

New to the Rome area and didn’t have a regular vet after moving from New York. Dr. Conrad is fantastic and so personable. The rest of the staff is great as well. He takes the time to talk you through things and answer any questions. I had to do a euthanasia and he made sure I was fully comfortable with my decision and taking as much time as I needed to make sure I was okay with my decision. Definitely recommend this vet office.

It's easy to find at the top of the East Rome Walmart parking lot heading out of town toward Cartersville.I called the office at 11:00 and got a great massage at 1:00.
