First they started the project on the exact date and time we scheduled. That seems very rare with a lot of tradesmen these days.
Secondly. They addressed and corrected the low quality concrete work that my home builders concrete layers did which left holes, dips, splotches, and an overall uneven concrete slab floor in my garage. After taking extra time to fix someone else's job, they got started and told me they would be finished by 1:30PM.
Furthermore, their estimate for time and cost were both on the money! I paid exactly what I was quoted, and not a penny more.
Lastly, the quality of their work and dedication to their craft is far beyond anything I have seen in several years. It reminds me of the good ol' days when people took pride in their work and any words accusing a tradesman of poor craftsmanship were fighting words.

We had the main valve break and Josh showed up within a hour on a Saturday to fix the issue. We had a great time joking around but he is very knowledgeable and will do the job right. There is no other plumber I would call. Reasonably priced and no bullshit.

Shop has 2 chairs and reminds me of the small town shops that you see in TV shows like Andy Griffin's Mayberry. The barber enjoys a good conversation and is very friendly and respectful. Most haircuts for men run $20 cash. No cards.

This is my first time going to Donna. She is an excellent barber. I was a walk in and I was out in less than 30 minutes. She is a great story teller and just to talk with while you are getting your hair cut, shaping up your beard, shaving the back of your neck. I highly recommend her and she is very reasonable. I want to make it known that sara and justin are absolutely amazing!! I always go for a spray tan and Justin was very prompt and kind in answering my questions about a new shade. I started to get overheated and shaky from heat outside today and Sara and Justin offered me their OWN water bottle and showed great concern. Sara even said she always keeps spare water just in case. I went on vacation and my nails were really needing a manicure so instead of waiting to get home I decided to just go to a salon. Big mistake. They destroyed my nails. A & T had gotten my weak,cracked,chipping nails back to strong and healthy nails and in just a half an hour the salon I went to on vacation destroyed them. I will NEVER go to any salon except A&T again. They are professional, affordable and knowledgeable about what I need. Hi! First time coming in here, Cindy was my stylist and she did an amazing job of how I described my hair to be. I asked for a trim and layers and she also shampooed my hair before starting. I would recommend her if you are nearby in Rome and in need of a haircut to book Cindy!
McKenzie does a fantastic job... She can do most anything you ask for and makes sure you are happy. There is not a nail place in town like her and she books far in advance. Don't expect to get an appt next day or same week. Plan accordingly because she is worth it.

My wife went with a friend to a tanning salon and saw an advertisement for skin tag removal in the same salon. She had been wanting to have her tags removed but wasn't sure about how to go about it, so she decided to ask for more details. She was referred to a very sweet and friendly lady, Anna Davis, who runs the brow patch in the rear of the salon. She decided that the price was right so she gave it a try with amazing results! The procedure was simple, fast and virtually painless! She is thrilled with her experience and cannot stop raving about how much better she feels having those skin tags gone forever! I had my first prenatal massage, and she did amazing. I have not felt that relaxed in years. I will definitely be going back. I just wish I could remember her name so I can make sure to have her again next time.
Side note, found out her name is Katie and she does not work here anymore. So sad she is gone, had to see someone else today and it just wasn't as great. But she was sweet and tried her best.
Ethan is amazing! He took my scrambled idea and turned it into more than I even knew I wanted. He was super attentive, easy to talk to, and his detail is top notch! Fantastic job! My VCT floors were in rough shape and Pro Systems made then look brand new! They moved all the furniture, left the office very clean, no splattered wax anywhere- my floors actually look better than new. The whole office feels better. I'll never use another business for my floors.

Quality Lawn lived up to their name. They did an excellent job preparing the yard and installing 26,000 sq ft of Zeon Zoysia. They also installed metal edgings, river rock, two walking paths and crusher run. Very pleased with their work. Very easy to work with too.

No matter what,the majority of people hate going to the dentist. My wife can't stand it, gets sick the closer to time for her appt.We were patients for years till our ins changed, then we moved out of town. Mark Fisher was and is 1 of the top shelf Man, Farther, ( never spoke to his wife but I believe he is a pretty good husband) and the first day I met him I new Mark was (is) 1 of the hardest worker I know! Mark is at the top of his field & knows how to treat people. Best quality is he has hired a top, top shelf staff that you will enjoy talking to &be taken well taken care of by everyone of them.

Appointments are made in a timely fashion. Dr. Hunter is professional, always starts with wanting to know any symptoms or areas of pain. He then goes to those areas to work on them. Dr. Hunter then recommends exercises or stretches. After that, he sends me to two different therapies there. He cares.
Dr. Coffman Was the best , I went for the first time in December looking for the perfect vet for my cat named Cinderella looking to spray her as soon as possible due to her being in heat . They got her spayed at the perfect time .

New to the Rome area and didn’t have a regular vet after moving from New York. Dr. Conrad is fantastic and so personable. The rest of the staff is great as well. He takes the time to talk you through things and answer any questions. I had to do a euthanasia and he made sure I was fully comfortable with my decision and taking as much time as I needed to make sure I was okay with my decision. Definitely recommend this vet office.

I take my 15 year old blind and deaf Pomeranian/chihuahua mix to April as well as my 7 year old havanese. April is so kind, compassionate, and patient with both of them. The blind 15 year old is always nervous going in because it’s a new environment, but she is so incredibly calm and happy when I get her back.
April doesn’t overbook herself and treats the dogs as if they are her own. This is by far the best groomer in Rome, GA
This was my first time having to leave Rocco for a week. One of my friends suggested I bring him to Classy Critters. They took very good care of my boy. I'm so glad he wasn't locked in a kennel the entire time I was gone. I scheduled a cleaned up bath for him on pick up day. He smelled so good and it lasted for a good week.
