“I gave Wright’s a call after buying a new home and having issues with the aged HVAC system that came with the house. The unit blew luke warm air, and we had to purchase several space heaters to supplement heating since early January. I assumed the previous owner had the unit checked prior to selling the house, and that the lack of heat was simply the result of a 10+ yr old unit that needed to be replaced.Bradley and Dylan showed up shortly after my call, and got to work to diagnose any/all issues with the unit. They throughly checked everything (capacitor, contacters, voltage, thermostat, amp pull, etc), and after about 30 mins, updated me that the refrigerant was about a pound low. After topping off the refrigerant, Bradley reported back to me that the unit was now pulling HALF the amps it was previously. He checked the inside register vent temps, while Dylan checked the evap coil for dust/pet hair/etc to make sure the recirculating air was flowing smoothly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and best of all HONEST!I expected (and budgeted) for the repair to cost $300+. Needless to say I was very pleased when Bradley delivered an invoice for about 1/2 of that!That night outside temps dropped to 27°. The following morning I woke up to a house that was a balmy 68°! We packed up the space heaters in case of a future emergency, and have enjoyed a well-running system since.I’ll be using Wright’s from here on out!Thank you!“

Ben called and came right away. He was very knowledgeable and told us the 20 year unit we had needed to be replaced. The professionalism and communication has been top notched and today 01/05/23 Ben and Johnny and Jacob were able to change out the unit. I am so pleased with the service.
