Best place to take your fur baby. Great communication. Love the way boss looks when he goes to the groomer. If I could give 10 stars I would.
To say I am impressed with Downtown Dog would be an understatement. I used them for the first time today for all 3 of my babies. And my Houdini of a dane escaped. 🤦🏻♀️ (not my first time dealing with her doing this so no fault of theirs) But as soon as she escaped I was notified and Delaney was already jumping to action. They had a incredible amount of people out looking for my baby within minutes, countless others notified and on the lookout for her in the area and beyond, the network and connections her and her parents have are amazing. The dedication she and both her parents showed today are indescribable. I chose her based on the reviews raving about the love and care she showed to her client’s pets, but none of them could prepare me for what she showed me today. I won’t be taking any of my babies anywhere else but i will be taking my babies back to her. Again and again. Not only did I get my babies back safe and sound. But they have never looked better and they are all prancing around, just happy as can be after getting pampered for the day. This is where you need to take your all your fur babies. You won’t regret it.
Absolutely amazing!!! My dog normally doesn’t do well with others but loved Delaney and looks amazing!!! 10/10 recommend 😊😊😊
