We were really under the gun ……..having bought an induction range from Lowe’s that we were unable to unlock…..which means controls would not turn on. There is a strict 48 hour return policy, so it’s crucial to check out all functions quickly. Even though they were booked up, Mr Tanner understood the pressure we were under, so he sent Joe over….. we got it unlocked, and it’s currently working.
