In Rome working from out of town and this was by far my best salon experience. Everything was so clean and in its place. Staff was very respectful. Asked me if I wanted room temp or cold water.. like that is phenomenal. Not to mention the service on my nails. The service was top of the line and the nail tech was very knowledgeable. I will be back here in the event I’m ever in the area again
I walked in and they got me taken care of right away. Henry was SO kind and helpful. He went out of his way to fix my nails done by another salon. He made sure to tell me all the things I needed to do to get my nails in better condition. He was fast and precise. My nails turned out amazing.
Some of the most kind technicians I have ever encountered. I came in for a mani and pedi color change because I did not like the results I had gotten at a different salon earlier in the day. From the moment I came in, Henry and Tracy made me feel heard and took such great care of me. It is so refreshing to see true customer service being shown at a nail salon. It is not often that I encounter this these days. They went above and beyond and I left feeling 100% better than when I walked in. Thank you Tracy and Henry!
