“Nice group. Always wanting to be helpful. Both my husband and I have needed their repeated services and assistance. Thankful for the therapists and nurses. Only negative is in scheduling; since we patients dont know of the appointment day/time until the night before or that same day there are going to be conflicts,. Not all patients are fully limited and might have their own plans or other appointments, this does not mean they are denying the service. Maybe a patient can choose an option to have notice (auto text?) sent when the schedule is made so they have the ability to reschedule that day if needed.”
