“Rusty and his team were a pleasure to work with. Rusty listened to what I had to offer about the situation vs. discounting my input. We previously had another recommended local roofing company replace our entire roof and it continued to leak — but irregularly for quite a while — so that company never owned up to their shoddy work. Long story short, Rusty was honest and open about the situation, and most importantly, responsive, as it took a little time to narrow down the previous roofer's mistake and fully eliminate the leak.
